I’m Sky Asher, a psychologist and mentor devoted to helping people slow down, reconnect with their inner rhythm, and live with greater presence. With a PhD in psychology focused on transformation and authenticity, I weave somatic, imaginal, and spiritual approaches to guide personal and collective healing. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family, exploring nature, or writing while sipping a tall cup of tea.
