I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, relationship anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many women I work with feel deeply attuned to others’ emotions, often leaving them uncertain about their own needs and boundaries. I work with you to reconnect with your internal signals, regulate your nervous system, and build a stronger sense of self-trust.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years living across South and Central America, Asia, and Europe. I studied Indigenous healing traditions and the lineage of women, tracking the story of the feminine across cultures and its implications for the collective feminine nervous system. They inform how I sit with you, understand your experiences, and help you build the life you want.
Lastly, I specialize in supporting women with sexual trauma, pelvic pain, painful menstruation, and reproductive transitions, including birth and menopause. Many women feel isolated or unsure how to care for their bodies during these experiences. In our work together, I'll support you to develop greater resources, practices to transition out of pain, and tools for connecting with safety and pleasure again.
My approach integrates somatic, attachment-focused, and Jungian therapies, supporting you to process trauma, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a deeper sense of self.
